I am thrilled to be a member of the Temple Israel of Hollywood Board of Trustees. My husband and I have been members of the temple since 2001, and knew from the start that we had found a second home within the inviting and dynamic TIOH community. Both of our children attended the nursery school and day school and I credit their years at TIOH for shaping them into thoughtful, kind and confident young people. My involvement at TIOH has included countless hours at nursery school and day school events, ranging from volunteering at the book fair to making cotton candy at the Purim carnival. For 5 years I organized and ran TIOH’s Big Sunday hub, an annual social action “mitzvah day” bringing together hundreds of volunteers from around the city. I have served on the temple’s Social Action Committee as well as on several Board of Trustees Nominating Committees. Professionally, I am a private investigator and a partner at MegaGroup Inc., a full service investigations and intelligence agency that operates worldwide. I head MegaGroup’s Investigations practice with a focus on matters relating to pre-transactional and investigative due diligence, corporate and financial fraud and misconduct, civil and criminal litigation support, global asset tracing and pre-employment background investigations. I further support MegaGroup’s Intelligence practice by overseeing assignments relating to business intelligence, due diligence and competitive intelligence. I concurrently serve on the board of Counsel for Justice, the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s charitable arm and have been active in numerous social action causes including Step Up! Women’s Network, the Jewish Federation’s Koreh LA literacy program and Spark mentoring program.
