CreminMy wife Dana and I have been members of Temple Israel of Hollywood since 2000, when our daughters first entered the Nursery and Day Schools. Dana and I began our service as volunteers around the Purim Carnival, and Dana later became Chair of the annual silent auction fund raiser. I joined the finance committee in 2007 and my service efforts expanded when I was appointed to the roles of Assistant Treasurer and later Treasurer. I have served on the board of TIOH since 2010. I also serve on the Hillside Council and its Investment Committee. Professionally, I am the founder and Managing Partner of a venture capital fund called Frontier, which invests in early stage media and technology companies in the U.S. Based in Beverly Hills, I oversee fund raising, fund management and portfolio company activities for Frontier.

Through my role as a volunteer and Trustee of TIOH, I have been very lucky to collaborate with a terrific group of warm, loving, talented and fun people, many of whom I am lucky enough to call my closest friends! I did not grow up in a Temple community, but now that I’m part of one, I understand how important such a community can be as together, with clergy, we all navigate the various stages of life and all its inevitable highs and lows.
