Camp Simcha Spring Break 2010 will be held April 6 - April 9. We will be offering an enriching camp experience for campers in kindergarten through 6th grade. Each day of camp will be a different themed celebration. From Space Day to Pajama Day, Camp Simcha Spring break 2010 will be a party for all!

INTRODUCING KIDFLIX!
KIDFLIX is a 4-day filmmaking experience for kids. Led by Ezra Werb and Ariel Stromberg, the kids will learn how to write a script and create a storyboard! They will pose for a headshot and learn how to work a camera and direct! They will also get the experience of being on a movie set and acting in a KIDFLIX video!
A TYPICAL DAY AT CAMP SIMCHA’S KIDFLIX:
Campers will begin each day at 9am, greeted by the Camp Simcha KIDFLIX staff and warm-up with some free play. Throughout the morning they will participate in filmmaking classes, including SCRIPT WRITING, STORY BOARDING, MAKE YOUR OWN HEAD SHOT and a CAMERA/DIRECTING class. They will have snack in between classes and join together for lunch. In the afternoons the campers will be filming, as well as participating in camp games and sports. The day will end with Friendship Time to review highlights for the day and plans for tomorrow. It will also include opportunities to do social action projects.
THE RESULT OF THE KIDFLIX EXPERIENCE:
At the end of the four days, each camper will have a PORTFOLIO of their work to take home, including a DVD of their winter camp project.
