Sherry Fredman, E.C. Principal
The teaching staff is specially trained in child development and early Jewish education. Our staff is talented, committed, and stable-many of the teachers have been with us for more than a decade. The staff is warm, nurturing, creative, and displays a diversity of cultural backgrounds. All staff participate in regularly scheduled continuing education programs, CPR and first aid training. Our director and teachers are skilled in communication and parent support.

Every effort is made by our staff to help new families feel welcome and comfortable. It takes time for a relationship of trust between child and teachers to develop. Children and parents are invited to visit the classroom before school begins. Parents wh0 are new to the school are encouraged to attend an evening new parent orientation . To help ease the transition, it is important that a parent or other close adult be available to spend the first several days (or weeks) at school with their child. Potty training is not required for the youngest children.
