Welcome to the new year of self-care! Chair Yoga continues in 2021 with a new day and time.
The Women of TIOH invite you to take a mid-day break with an exercise class designed to align your spine and lift your spirit. TIOH member Zoë Hagler Marcus will lead us in gentle classes focusing on exercises that strengthen the core which will alleviate tension elsewhere in the body, as well as introducing stretching techniques to improve flexibility and overall relaxation in a safe and supportive environment. (Chair without wheels is a must. Desk is not required!)
Zoë is a master Pilates teacher and owner/director of Zoë – A Pilates Studio in Pasadena. Additionally, she has been practicing Iyengar Yoga for more than 20 years.
