Talmud with Rabbi Iggy

May 2, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating until June 6, 2022

Rabbi Igael Gurin-Malous

Discover and engage with Judaism’s most important compendium of knowledge. The Talmud offers us not just a window into the ancient world of the rabbis, but into ourselves and our lives today. Studying it teaches us, challenges us and reveals our values. A wise man thought me that “In the entire scope of Jewish culture, there is not one area that does not draw from or converse with the Talmud, it is thus the gate through which a Jew enters his or her life’s path”. It is Jewish culture and knowledge that is 2500 year old and is still very much relevant today.
No previous knowledge of Talmud or Hebrew is required.

Rabbi Igael Gurin-Malous is the Director of Spiritual Counseling at Beit T’Shuvah and a renowned Talmud teacher.
